Martin Birkbeck is a Licensed Business Broker and a Certified Business Coach. He has helped hundreds of business owners improve their businesses. Prior to starting his own company Martin worked for UPS for 25 years. While with UPS he worked in a multitude of roles that included Operations, Industrial Engineering and IT Project Management.

   One of Martin’s last assignments was working with UPS Retail to rebrand the Mail Box etc. locations to UPS Stores. During this process Martin had an opportunity to visit franchise owners in the US, Canada and Europe. These visits were instrumental in Martin’s decision to start a company that assists business owners.

    Martin’s philosophy on business ownership focuses on the creation of an asset while running the business. The business owner should not trade a job working for someone to job that they own. They should think strategically about their business ownership and create an asset that they can later sell.

   Martin helps business owners realize their true dream of business ownership. That means creating a business that can be sold when it is time to exit the business. He assists them in creating an exit strategy and also assists in the sale of the business.
