The Profit Group Composite
The profit group Composite is a group analysis created from financial and statistical data submitted by the group members. The members of the group are ranked best to worst and in relationship to the group avarages for each of the predefined statistical,revenue and expense categories. This affords each member the opportunity to establish reasonable financial and statistical goals. It allows for ongoing measurement of actual versus goal. The composite is compile based upon the typical reporting cycle for the particular industry and distributed to all members of the group.

The Profit Group meeting
The Profit group meetings are held two to three times per year. The meetings will be hosted by one of themembers of the group.They are typically two days in duration. The meeting allows the group members to view the operations of the host group member. The meeting agendas focus on the results of the Profit Group Composite and discussion session relating to key indices of the Composite. There are also key aspects of the meeting that are driven by common business issues deterrmined by the group.
